The latest figures rank Hylton of Worcester as Number 1 in
the UK.

WARNDON SHARKS WIN THE DOUBLE WITH HYLTON WORCESTER
Local youth football team Warndon Sharks had two reasons to celebrate last weekend
after winning both the league and cup trophies in the Stourport and District
under-10's Football League.
The squad, sponsored by Renault Hylton Worcester and made up
of 11 boys from Warndon village and the surrounding areas, have taken
the league title for the
past two seasons running but this is the first time they have won the double.
In the end the Sharks were victorious in the league by a margin of five games
and fought off Kidderminster Lions in the cup final to make this season their
best ever.
The Sharks, who play their seven-a-side matches on Saturdays,
are sponsored by local Renault dealer Hylton Worcester whose General
Manager, Garry Milward has
close ties with the club.
The club trains under Team Manager Geoff Stanley, Coach Alan
Kealey and Assistant Steve Dayus at Warndon Villages FC, based at
Perdiswell Sports Centre in Worcester.
Sadly, there’s no rest for the boys though, as this weekend they travel
to Yorkshire to play the Leeds United Academy under-10's team in a special one-off
game.
Team Manager Geoff Stanley said: “The boys and all the coaching staff have
all worked incredibly hard this season and we’re delighted to be rewarded
with both the league and cup titles. The pressure is on for next season as the
team progress to the under 11's league which is very competitive.”

The Sharks will be officially presented with their league
and cup trophies at a presentation ceremony on Monday, 12th May.
The team will also be hosting a
fun day at Perdiswell Sports Centre in Worcester on Sunday, 18th May. All are

MOTORISTS BOWLED OVER BY OFFER
Worcestershire County Cricket Club and Renault dealer Hylton are getting into
gear for the forthcoming season with a deal to give garage customers free access
to cricket matches.
Renault drivers who book their cars in for servicing on match days could enjoy
a day’s cricket at New Road, while expert technicians work on their car.
The Bromyard Road dealership has a limited number of passes to WCCC available
to customers who are having a full service carried out on their car, so cricket-loving
motorists are advised to consult the fixture list as well as their service book.
The promotion is available thanks to a link between Hylton and the cricket club,
which has recently purchased a Renault Master van to use around the stadium.
Garry Milward, General Manager of Hylton, said: “We are committed to
offering customers of our service department a range of options to ensure their
booking causes the least inconvenience. As well as our courtesy car and collection
and delivery options, our customers can now enjoy a day out while we work on
their car, thanks to the cricket club.”
